We have experienced friendly, helpful service from the outset with Catalogue Central. Initial and ongoing email issues have been managed by Jade, our fantastic sales rep, creating a Gmail account to ensure electronic communication is still possible.

The transferring of files for each campaign is easy from our end. Once the FTP address was set up the files are sent and the rest is managed by the Catalogue Central team. This frees up our time each month, while still allowing us to increase our online exposure.

The monthly analysis reports provide the Shops marketing team with great information on the ‘hot spots’ for each page, and helps us to gauge the level of customer interest in particular products or offers featured in each campaign.
