as Catalogue Central ("us" or "we"). Your access to and use of this site is subject

buyers to browse advertisements and then purchase items by contacting retailers

merely a passive conduit for the on-line distribution and publication of information

extent permitted by law, make no warranties in relation to, the suitability, quality,
safety or legality of any items advertised for sale on the Catalogue Central website,
the accuracy or truth of any advertising listings on the Catalogue Central website
or the ability of sellers and buyers to actually enforce or complete a transaction.
All information, text, material, graphics, software and advertisements on the Catalogue
Central websites are protected by Copyright. The website is protected by Australian
and international copyright and trademark laws. The "Catalogue Central", "your one
stop on-sale shop" and "all the brands, all the time, online" are registered trademarks
of Catalogue Central Pty Limited. They are not to be used in any form without written

Competition Terms and Conditions
Catalogue Central Pty Ltd "Chance to Win $25,000" Promotion
- The Promoter is Catalogue Central Pty Limited ABN 37 120 089 705 of Level 2, 31

- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation
in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
- Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 16 who are current registered
subscribers of www.cataloguecentral.com.au
and/or www.stylehunter.com * Employees
(and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this
promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following:
spouse, ex spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child � whether natural or by
adoption, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece,
nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin).
- The promotion will commence on 15/10/2008. Entries close 3pm AEST on 09/10/2009
(the "Promotion Period").
- To enter the monthly & major prize draw, eligible entrants log on to the
www.cataloguecentral.com.au and/or www.stylehunter.com
Home Page(s), follow the prompts to the competition entry page, input the requested
details and submit. Only one (1) initial entry per subscription permitted. Additional
entries in the draw may be obtained by eligible entrants by either: (i) referring
friends to register for www.cataloguecentral.com.au
and/or www.stylehunter.com; or (ii) responding
to marketing messages or offers on the website. Entrants will receive one (1) additional
entry for each friend referred or message or offer responded to. Entrants warrant
that the individuals who they intend to refer are Australian residents aged 16 or
over and are people who would normally consent to receiving such messages from the
entrant.
- Entries close for each draw at 3:00pm on the dates specified in the table below.
All monthly draws will take place at Catalogue Central, Suite 306, 685 Burke Road,
Camberwell, VIC 3124 at 4:00pm on the dates specified in the table below, with the
exception of Draw number 12, the draw will be held at 9am. All times indicated are
AEST or AEDST based on Melbourne local time. Un-drawn entries in each draw will
be entered into all subsequent draws and all entries received during the Promotion
Period will be entered into the major prize draw. Winners will be notified by email
to confirm mailing details and winners' names will be published in The Australian
and on www.cataloguecentral.com.au
on the dates specified in the table below. Prizes will be sent via Australia Post
within 28 days of the draw.

- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries
and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to
disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these
Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter
to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those
rights.
- The first valid entry drawn from all eligible entries received in Draws 1-12 will
each win AUD$1,000 cash. Prizes will be awarded in the form of a cheque.
- The major prize draw will take place at Catalogue Central Pty Ltd at Suite 306,
685 Burke Road, Camberwell, VIC 3124 at 9am AEST on 12/10/2009. The drawn winner
will be notified by mail and email and their name will be published in the Australian
and published on www.cataloguecentral.com.au
on 13/10/2009.
- The first valid entry drawn will win the opportunity to participate in the Game.
("Participant"). The Game will take place at Catalogue Central Pty Ltd at Ground
Floor Boardroom, 685 Burke Road, Camberwell, VIC 3124 at 3pm AEST on 14/10/2009.
- If the Participant is unable to attend the Game, he/she may, by written notice to
the Promoter, appoint a proxy who is over the age of 18 years to play the Game on
his/her behalf. Alternatively, the Participant may choose to participate in the
Game via telephone. If the Promoter has been unable to contact the Participant prior
to the Game, a representative of the Promoter will be appointed as the proxy of
the Participant to play the Game on the Participant's behalf.
- There will be 250 envelopes numbered 1 to 250 laid out on display at the commencement
of the Game. One (1) envelope will contain the "Major Prize" message and the remaining
249 envelopes will contain the "Consolation Prize" message. The Participant/proxy/representative
("Attendee") will be required to choose only one (1) of the envelopes on display
without handling, touching, or interfering in anyway with any of the envelopes on
display other than the envelope chosen by them. If the Attendee breaches this condition
he/she will be disqualified. If the envelope selected by the Attendee contains the
"Major Prize" message, the drawn Participant will win cash to the value of AUD$25,000.
If the Attendee has selected an envelope containing a "Consolation Prize" message,
the drawn Participant will receive AUD$5,000 cash.
- For the avoidance of doubt, if the Attendee is a representative of the Promoter
or a proxy, the prize will be awarded to the original Participant drawn. All prize
messages contained in the envelopes not selected by the Participant will not be
given away.
- The odds of winning the Major Prize in a Game, once drawn as a Participant, are
1:250.
- Cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a cheque.
- Total potential prize value for the entire promotion is up to AUD$37,000.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-replaceable should the prize
become lost or tampered with after receiving the official prize in person or by
registered post.
- A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 14/01/2010 at 9am AEDST at the
same place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
IN the event the major prize is awarded, the winner will be awarded the prize as
selected by the Attendee of the original Game. Winners' names will be published
in The Australian on 15/01/2010.
- Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or
voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording
of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose
of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products
manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
- If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted
as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest
extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written
directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel
the promotion, as appropriate.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including
its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence),
for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity);
whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the
Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a)
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's
control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any
entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether
or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these
Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
(f) use of a prize.
- Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility
and is dependent on the Internet service. Any contact details entered incorrectly
on the website will render the entry invalid.
- All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Catalogue
Central membership database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
- Catalogue Central Pty Limited collects entrants' personal information in order to
conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant
may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise
advised, each entrant also agrees that Catalogue Central Pty Limited may use this
information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes
without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including
sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed
to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required
under the relevant lottery legislation.
- The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to
administer and promote this competition. The personal information of the entrants
will be held and used in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy which is
available at www.cataloguecentral.com.au.
If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the
Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the prize. Entrants can
access, update or correct their information by contacting the Promoter on 1300 799
